WHAT DO WE DO?

Information, Referral and Casework

We provide information and referrals on the settlement needs such as:

• Employment opportunities
• Pathways to employment
• Enhancing skills in looking for work
• Services to get assistance with immigration, legal, domestic violence, family and relationship, child care, aged services, women’s health, mental health, income support

We provide confidential and professional one on one consultation to discuss individual situations, settlement needs and identify ways to address those needs.

Social Support and Networks

We provide opportunities to connect with other members of the Filipino community through

• Participating in information sessions
• Volunteering
• Joining special groups in PACSI

WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICE?

Newly-arrived Filipino migrants (those who have arrived in Australia in the last five years) and Filipino-Australian in vulnerable situation (those who are socially isolated or needing community support) can avail of our services.

ALL PACSI services are FREE.
